Our Story

Bar Poker Manager started with a simple frustration: running a poker league shouldn't require a full-time admin. But for most league operators, that's exactly what it feels like — endless hours updating spreadsheets, resolving scoring disputes, and fielding "what are my points?" texts at 11 PM on a Tuesday.

We knew there had to be a better way. Not another generic "club management" tool that barely understands poker, and not an enterprise system that costs more than the prize pool.
