How long does it take to set up a league?▼
Under 10 minutes. You'll pick a plan, name your league, add your first venue, and configure your player numbering. Players can start joining the same day.
Can I import my existing players and data?▼
Yes. After onboarding, you can import players with their existing player numbers. We're also building a full CSV import tool for historical data. Contact us if you need help migrating.
Is there a contract or commitment?▼
No contracts. You can cancel anytime. We offer monthly and annual billing — annual plans save you 2 months. Your data is yours and can be exported at any time.
What's the difference between plans?▼
Every plan includes every feature. The only difference is the number of venues your league can manage. Starter supports up to 5, Pro up to 15, and Premier up to 30. Enterprise is custom for larger networks.
Do my players need to download an app?▼
No app required. Everything runs in the browser and is fully mobile-optimized. Players access your league site, check stats, find games, and even check in via QR code — all from their phone's browser.
What scoring systems do you support?▼
BPM supports multiple point structures and can be configured to match your league's existing scoring system. Whether you use NPPT-style points, custom formulas, or placement-based scoring, we've got you covered.
Can I run multiple leagues?▼
Each league gets its own subscription and subdomain. If you operate multiple leagues, each gets its own isolated environment with its own branding, players, and data. Contact us about multi-league discounts.
