What counts as a "venue"?▼
A venue is any unique location where you host poker events. If you run games at 3 different bars, that's 3 venues. Adding a venue to your account is free — the plan limit just determines how many active venues your league can manage.
Is there a free trial?▼
We're currently in open beta with full access to all features. Sign up today and start using BPM immediately. No credit card required for the beta period.
Can I change plans later?▼
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time through your billing portal. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties, no hassle.
What happens if I cancel?▼
Your league stays active through the end of your paid period. After that, your data is preserved for 90 days in case you want to come back. You can export your data at any time. No cancellation fees.
Are there any per-player or per-event fees?▼
No. Every plan includes unlimited players and unlimited events. The flat monthly price is all you pay. The only variable is venue count.
How does annual billing work?▼
Annual plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate — you effectively get 2 months free compared to monthly billing. For example, the Pro plan is $299/mo monthly or $249/mo billed annually ($2,988/year).
